1. Definitions

Application: Refers to the Movo Taxi mobile app, hereinafter referred to as "the Service."
Company: The entity that owns and operates the application.
Client: Any individual using the application to request transportation services.
Driver: A registered individual providing transportation services via their personal vehicle through the application.
Account: The personal profile of each user (client or driver) within the application.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the application constitutes explicit acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by both clients and drivers.
2.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication within the application or on the official website.

3. Client Obligations

1.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration or when updating account details.
2.
Use the Service solely for lawful and legitimate purposes.
3.
Pay the fare as specified within the application.
4.
Avoid repeated cancellations that may negatively impact drivers or disrupt service operations.
5.
Maintain respectful behavior towards drivers and refrain from causing damage to vehicles or disturbing others.

4. Driver Obligations

1.
Submit valid and up-to-date documents (driver's license, vehicle registration, personal ID).
2.
Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.
3.
Accept ride requests and refrain from unjustified refusals.
4.
Comply with traffic laws and practice safe driving.
5.
Refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol while on duty.
6.
Maintain professionalism and treat clients with respect at all times.

5. Company Rights

1.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account (client or driver) in case of violation of the Terms.
2.
The Company retains the right to set and adjust service fares as needed.
3.
The Company may use user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy to enhance service quality.

6. Payment Policy

1.
Clients may pay using the available methods within the application (cash, bank card, e-wallet).
2.
In case of payment failure, the client must immediately settle any outstanding amounts.
3.
The Company deducts a specified commission from the fare as compensation for its services, applicable to drivers.

7. Ride Cancellation

1.
Clients may cancel a ride request before the driver arrives without incurring fees (subject to the applicable cancellation policy).
2.
If a ride is canceled after the driver's arrival, cancellation fees may apply.
3.
Drivers may cancel a ride if the client fails to comply with the agreed pickup time or location.

8. Limitation of Liability

1.
The Company acts solely as a technical intermediary between clients and drivers and bears no responsibility for the conduct of either party.
2.
The Company is not liable for any personal belongings lost inside the vehicle.
3.
The Company is not responsible for any accidents or damages resulting from negligence or violations by the driver or client.

9. Privacy Policy

1.
User data (including personal information and location) is collected for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
2.
Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or as outlined in the published Privacy Policy.

10. Termination of Use

1.
Users may deactivate or delete their accounts at any time.
2.
The Company reserves the right to suspend the Service or terminate accounts in cases of Terms violations or misuse of the application.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and general legal provisions of the country.
2.
In the event of any dispute related to the use of the application, the competent judicial authorities shall have jurisdiction to resolve the matter.
